IMPORTANT NOTICE:

THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES (THE "RULES") MUST BE READ TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE, THE RESPONSIBLE GAMING POLICY, THE PRIVACY POLICY, AND THE GAME STATEMENT (TOGETHER, THE "INCORPORATED POLICIES"). BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES (AS DEFINED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES AND THE INCORPORATED POLICIES.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY OR REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES GAMES. ANY PURCHASE, PAYMENT OF FEES, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION WITH THE SPONSOR DOES NOT IN ANY WAY INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Definitions

(a) "Qualified Participant" means an individual who is a lawful resident of the Permitted Territories and who is eligible to participate in Promotional Play (defined below).

(b) "Permitted Territories" means all countries, territories, and jurisdictions worldwide except: (a) those countries, territories, and jurisdictions identified as the Prohibited Territories (defined below), and (b) any country, territory, or jurisdiction where sweepstakes promotions are prohibited, limited, restricted, or otherwise not allowed under applicable local laws or regulations, in each case as such laws and regulations may change from time to time.

(c) "Prohibited Territories" means Alabama, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Indiana, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and the State of Washington of the United States.

(d) "Promotional Play" means the Sponsor's sweepstakes-style promotions made available through the Services (as defined in the Terms of Service). Promotional Play is available only to Qualified Participants who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever is later) at the time of entry.

2. Sponsor Details & General Governance

Kernel Games Inc. is the sole sponsor and organizer of Promotional Play and retains full control and authority over all aspects of its administration and operation. All determinations and decisions made by the Sponsor—including, without limitation, decisions regarding acceptance of entries, verification of eligibility, game mechanics, prize selection, prize valuation, and prize awarding—are final, conclusive, binding, and not subject to appeal by any participant.

Each individual spin in a Promotional Play game is treated as a separate and independent sweepstakes event (a "Sweepstakes Period"). A Sweepstakes Period begins when the game spin is initiated and ends immediately once the final spin outcome is displayed on the platform.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Core Definitions

a) A Qualified Participant is a natural person who: (i) is a legal resident of the Permitted Territories, (ii) satisfies the age requirement set forth in Section 3.2, and (iii) has successfully completed all verification procedures required by the Sponsor.

b) Access to the Services is allowed only for Qualified Participants who are physically located within the Permitted Territories as defined in these Rules. Access to the Services is strictly prohibited for any person who is physically located within the Prohibited Territories as defined in these Rules.

3.2 Age & Legal Capacity

Promotional Play is open only to Qualified Participants who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever is later), at the time they enter any Sweepstakes Period. PARTICIPATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND VOID IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE PARTICIPATION WOULD VIOLATE APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAW.

3.3 Legal Compliance & Participant Responsibility

Promotional Play is subject to and governed by all applicable federal, state, territorial, and local laws and regulations. Each participant bears the sole and absolute responsibility to confirm, at all times, that entering and participating in the Sweepstakes is lawful in the participant's physical location and jurisdiction of residence.

3.4 Unconditional Agreement

By taking part in Promotional Play, each Qualified Participant fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably agrees to these Rules and to all final decisions of the Sponsor on matters relating to Promotional Play. Any prize win is strictly conditioned upon complete compliance with all eligibility requirements, procedures, and terms contained in these Rules.

3.5 Ineligible Persons

The following persons are not eligible to win prizes: officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as any other parties involved in operating Promotional Play; and each such person's immediate family members (including spouses, parents, children, siblings, and the "steps" of each), and all individuals residing in the same household as any of the foregoing (collectively, "Limited Persons"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor may designate any number of individuals to participate in Promotional Play solely for entertainment, marketing, and promotional purposes. Any such designated individual may not win or redeem prizes (as described in Section 7) and may not participate in any leaderboard or other feature that establishes competition among Qualified Participants.

4. Obtaining Sweepstakes Coins

To participate in Promotional Play and receive Sweepstakes Coins, a Qualified Participant must first create a free account and complete verification within the Sponsor's Services. Qualified Participants may obtain Sweepstakes Coins only through the authorized, no-cost methods listed below. Any other method of obtaining Sweepstakes Coins is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Daily Login Reward and Account Registration

Qualified Participants may collect a daily Sweepstakes Coin reward by completing the following steps in order:

• Securely log in to the verified account;
• Click the "Claim Coins" button displayed prominently at the top of the Services homepage;
• Choose the "Daily Reward" option in the "Claim Coins" pop-up window;
• Click the "Collect" button.

4.2 Mobile Number Confirmation

During initial registration, Qualified Participants may confirm a valid mobile phone number to receive a one-time Sweepstakes Coins award. The quantity of Sweepstakes Coins granted for mobile verification is determined solely by the Sponsor and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Completing In-App Challenges

Qualified Participants may receive additional Sweepstakes Coins by completing daily tasks or challenges made available in the Services (for example, consecutive daily logins, engagement quests within the platform, or participation in Promotional Play games). The number of Sweepstakes Coins offered for each task or challenge is displayed in the Services when the Qualified Participant engages with the task/challenge. Reward amounts may vary depending on the task or challenge. Only Qualified Participants who have successfully completed the Sponsor's official identity and location verification process may receive free Sweepstakes Coins via the AMOE described below.

4.4 Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To comply with sweepstakes laws requiring a non-purchase method of entry, the Sponsor offers two official, no-cost Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE) by which Qualified Participants may request Sweepstakes Coins. All AMOE submissions are subject to strict verification by the Sponsor. AMOE submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise non-compliant will be void.

4.4.1 Postal AMOE Request

To submit a valid postal AMOE request, a Qualified Participant must handwrite all required information (typed, printed, or machine-generated submissions are not accepted) and must follow these steps exactly:

• Clearly handwrite a return address and the phrase "Sweepstakes Entry Request" on the front of a standard white envelope;
• Insert a blank, unlined 4" x 6" white index card containing the following information, legibly handwritten in English:
• One unique Postal Request Code (available only within your verified account in the Services);
• Your full legal name (as shown on your government-issued photo ID), your date of birth, and your user id;
• The email address associated with your verified account;
• Your residential street address associated with your verified account (P.O. boxes are not permitted);
• The exact, unchanged statement: "I request Sweepstakes Coins to participate in the Promotional Play and confirm I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and the Official Sweepstakes Rules."
• Seal the envelope and send it via standard U.S. Postal Service mail to: 30 N Gould Street Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801.

Each valid, separately mailed postal AMOE request will result in 0.2 Sweepstakes Coins being credited to the Qualified Participant's verified account within 7-10 business days after receipt. Bulk mailings, illegible entries, incomplete cards, incorrectly addressed envelopes, or requests that include altered information are void and will not be honored. No notice will be provided for void submissions.

4.4.2 Online AMOE Form

Qualified Participants may request access to the Sponsor's secure, password-protected online AMOE form by emailing: [email protected]. Access to the online AMOE form is provided only after the account is successfully verified, and all submissions must strictly comply with instructions provided by Sponsor customer support. Once the online AMOE form is completed and verified, 0.2 Sweepstakes Coins will be credited to the Qualified Participant's verified account according to the terms and instructions provided in the form.

4.5 Specified Application Interactions

Qualified Participants may also receive Sweepstakes Coins by clicking third-party promotional materials or installing third-party applications identified by the Sponsor within the Services. These actions may be subject to additional terms and conditions shown at the time of the click or installation. The Sponsor may modify or discontinue this AMOE option at any time without prior notice.

4.6 Prohibited Methods to Obtain Sweepstakes Coins

Using bots, automated tools, scripts, false identities, third-party entry services, proxy services, VPNs, or any other unauthorized method or tool to obtain Sweepstakes Coins is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate suspension of the verified account from Promotional Play.

4.7 General Request Rules

All Sweepstakes Coin requests must be submitted only by the owner of the verified account. Any request submitted by a third party is void and will not be processed.

The Sponsor's determination as to whether any Sweepstakes Coin request is valid is final and binding.

The Sponsor is not responsible or liable for Sweepstakes Coin requests that are lost, stolen, incomplete, invalid, illegible, misdirected, late, or not delivered; such requests will not be processed.

5. Sweepstakes Coins Usage & Restrictions

5.1 Authorized Use

Sweepstakes Coins are provided solely for entertainment and participation in Promotional Play. Sweepstakes Coins have no inherent cash value and may not be transferred or sold, except where these Rules expressly provide otherwise.

Sweepstakes Coins may be used only to play eligible Promotional Play games within the Services for the opportunity to win additional Sweepstakes Coins. Sweepstakes Coins earned through valid, compliant gameplay may be eligible for prize redemption, subject to the Sponsor's prize redemption requirements and procedures described in Section 7 of these Rules.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Trading, transferring, gifting, bartering, selling, purchasing, or otherwise exchanging Sweepstakes Coins (in whole or in part), or buying/selling/transferring verified accounts, is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Any violation may result in enforcement action at the Sponsor's sole discretion, including (without limitation):

• Temporary or permanent limitation, suspension, or termination of the verified account;
• Forfeiture of all Sweepstakes Coins and all unclaimed prizes in the verified account;
• A permanent ban from the Services and any other platform operated by the Sponsor;
• Pursuit of legal remedies, where applicable, to recover losses or damages incurred by the Sponsor due to the prohibited conduct.

6. Game Odds & RTP Adjustments

6.1 Odds Modification Right

The Sponsor retains the sole and absolute discretion to modify winning odds and/or the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for any Sweepstakes game at any time, provided that no change is made during an active spin. Adjustments are made to maintain compliance with legal requirements and to preserve sweepstakes integrity.

6.2 Transparency & Participant Responsibility

Current and historical odds and/or RTP information is displayed prominently within each Promotional Play game's in-platform interface (typically through an "Odds & RTP" tab). Each Qualified Participant is solely responsible for reviewing this information before starting a spin.

6.3 Win Probability Disclosures

The probability of winning any game round or Sweepstakes Period is not influenced by prior gameplay, length of play, participant engagement, or any other factor.

RTP represents a theoretical long-term average payout rate and varies by game; it does not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual participant, spin, or Sweepstakes Period.

No round or Sweepstakes Period is designed to advantage or disadvantage any participant. Outcomes are generated using a random number generator (RNG) and the games are operated in compliance with applicable gaming laws.

7. Prize Winner Verification Process

MANDATORY VERIFICATION NOTICE: ALL POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO STRICT ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE REVIEW BY THE SPONSOR. THE SPONSOR'S VERIFICATION DETERMINATIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ON-SCREEN "WIN" MESSAGE OR NOTIFICATION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION OF WINNER STATUS. CONFIRMATION OF FULL ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED. SCREENSHOTS, USER LOGS, PHOTOS, OR ANY OTHER PARTICIPANT-PROVIDED MATERIALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN PLACE OF THE SPONSOR'S OFFICIAL VALIDATION PROCESS.

7.1 Prize Eligibility

Any prize win is strictly conditioned on satisfying all eligibility requirements, procedural obligations, and terms set forth in these Rules and the Sponsor's Terms of Service.

7.2 Required Documentation

Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return the following documents within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor (as communicated by customer support and/or via applicable in-platform notifications):

• An affidavit of eligibility;
• A liability release; and
• A publicity release (where required by law or otherwise applicable).

All required documents must be completed and returned in the manner and by the deadline specified by the Sponsor. Late, incomplete, or non-compliant submissions will result in immediate forfeiture of the prize.

7.3 Forfeiture for Non-Compliance

If a potential winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, fails to provide required documentation in a timely, complete, and compliant manner, or fails to comply with any provision of these Rules or the Sponsor's Terms of Service, the prize will be forfeited immediately and irrevocably, without further recourse or compensation.

7.4 Alternate Winner Selection

If a potential winner is disqualified or a prize is forfeited for any reason, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award that prize to another Qualified Participant in accordance with these Rules. The Sponsor has no obligation to select an alternate winner, and any unawarded prizes may be retained by the Sponsor.

8. Prizes and Redemption Guidelines

8.1 Minimum Redemption Eligibility

To submit any prize redemption request, a Qualified Participant must have at least 50 Sweepstakes Coins in the verified account. No exceptions will be made for balances below this threshold.

8.2 Cash Prize Redemption

All cash prize redemption requests must be submitted through the Sponsor's official in-platform redemption portal and must follow the redemption instructions provided in the platform. The Sponsor may charge a reasonable processing fee for cash redemptions, provided the fee does not exceed the estimated actual cost of processing the payment (for example, bank transfer fees).

8.3 Non-Cash Prize Redemption

Eligible participants may submit non-cash prize redemption requests through the Sponsor's official in-platform redemption portal and must follow the in-platform instructions. Non-cash prizes are subject to availability. If a non-cash prize cannot be provided for any reason, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of comparable or greater retail value. Prize substitution is not permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor may charge a reasonable processing fee for non-cash redemptions, which will not exceed the estimated actual cost of fulfilling the request (for example, shipping costs for physical items). All non-cash prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranties or guarantees of any kind (express or implied) provided by the Sponsor for any non-cash prize.

8.4 Tax Liability

Prize winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, local, or other taxes, fees, or surcharges associated with receiving, redeeming, and using any prize. The Sponsor may be required under applicable tax laws to:

• Report prize winnings to relevant tax authorities; and
• Withhold applicable taxes from prize payments (where required by law).

8.5 Pre-Redemption Mandatory Requirements

Before any redemption request is processed and any prize is issued, the Qualified Participant must satisfy each of the following requirements to the Sponsor's full satisfaction:

a) The legal name associated with the participant's selected payment method (for cash prize redemptions) or shipping/delivery address (for non-cash prize redemptions) must exactly match the information tied to the participant's verified account (for example, the legal name and address appearing on the participant's government-issued ID);

b) All required verification checks (identity, age, residency, and, where applicable, source of funds) must be completed successfully;

c) For security and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, all cash prize payments will be made only to a bank account held in the sole legal name of the prize winner. Joint accounts may be considered only after additional verification of all account holders, in the Sponsor's sole discretion.

8.6 Redemption Processing Rules

• Redemption Limit: No more than one (1) prize redemption request may be submitted per Qualified Participant/verified account during each 48 consecutive-hour period.
• Processing Time: The Sponsor will process valid redemption requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Cash prize payments may require up to 10 business days to process and disburse after successful verification of the redemption request. Large Cash Prizes may take longer due to security reviews and bank clearance procedures, and may be paid in multiple installments at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

8.7 Forfeiture of Coins & Prizes

If a verified account is closed (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) with a Sweepstakes Coin balance below the 50-coin minimum threshold, or without a qualifying redemption request being processed, the account holder is deemed to forfeit any claim to the remaining Sweepstakes Coins and any prizes associated with those coins.

If the Services are terminated or suspended (in whole or in part), all unredeemed Sweepstakes Coins in participant accounts will be forfeited immediately and no further redemptions will be permitted.

If a Qualified Participant initiates a chargeback, dispute, or reversal relating to any purchase within the Services (where applicable), all pending redemption requests will be canceled immediately, future redemptions may be denied, and the participant's account may be suspended or terminated in the Sponsor's sole discretion.

8.8 Jurisdiction-Specific Redemption Restrictions

The total value of prizes available through Promotional Play may be limited by applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations. Certain jurisdictions—including, without limitation, the State of Florida in the United States—may limit the maximum aggregate prize value offered in promotional sweepstakes unless registration, bonding, or other legal requirements are satisfied.

To ensure legal compliance in any jurisdiction, the Sponsor may modify, restrict, limit, or substitute prizes, and/or adjust the prize structure, value, or availability, in whole or in part. Where certain prizes or prize values are restricted or prohibited, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, or may limit participation and/or prize eligibility.

Qualified Participants are responsible for reviewing the laws applicable in their jurisdiction relating to prize awards or redemption in promotional sweepstakes. Redemption requests are void and will not be processed where prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating in Promotional Play and/or submitting a redemption request, the participant acknowledges and accepts all requirements stated in this Section 8.

9. Entry Conditions and Liability Release

By participating in Promotional Play, each Qualified Participant unconditionally agrees to all of the following:

a) To comply with these Rules, the Sponsor's Terms of Service, and all final, binding decisions made by the Sponsor;

b) To release the Released Parties (the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and promotional partners) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the participant's entry into Promotional Play; participation; acceptance, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize; or exploitation of any entry;

c) To indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all third-party claims, costs, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• The participant's participation in Promotional Play or violation of these Rules or the Sponsor's Terms of Service;
• The participant's violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party; or
• The participant's redemption, use, or misuse of any prize.

The indemnification obligation in this Section 9 survives termination or expiration of these Rules and survives the participant's participation in Promotional Play.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties will not be responsible or liable for:

a) Incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, deceptive, or misleading entry information or account details provided by Qualified Participants;

b) Technical issues or failures of any kind, including (without limitation) server downtime, internet interruptions, device failures, software defects, or RNG failures;

c) Unauthorized human interference with any part of the entry process, operation, or prize award;

d) Technical or human mistakes in administering, operating, processing, or verifying entries or prize redemptions;

e) Any injury, loss, damage, or harm to persons or property resulting from a Qualified Participant's participation in Promotional Play, acceptance/use/misuse of any prize, or access to the Services;

f) Loss of, or inability to access, Sweepstakes Coins, entries, or prizes due to maintenance, updates, or other technical conditions affecting the platform.

10.1 Sole Remedy for Technical Errors

If a Qualified Participant's Sweepstakes Coins or winning gameplay is lost, corrupted, or invalidated solely because of a technical error within the Sponsor's Services, the participant's sole and exclusive remedy is replacement of an equivalent quantity of Sweepstakes Coins by the Sponsor, in the Sponsor's sole discretion. No other compensation, damages, or remedies (including prize replacement) will be available under any circumstances.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Promotional Play Modification/Cancellation Right

The Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, pause, modify, suspend, or terminate the Services (in whole or in part) and/or these Rules at any time, for any reason, including (without limitation):

• Events outside the Sponsor's reasonable control (for example, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest);
• Suspected fraud, tampering, or security breaches;
• Technical failures or malfunctions affecting the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of Promotional Play; or
• Failure to comply with applicable law.

11.2 Disqualification Right

The Sponsor may immediately disqualify any person who, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, is found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Rules or the Sponsor's Terms of Service, or engaging in unsportsmanlike, fraudulent, deceptive, disruptive, or otherwise improper conduct.

11.3 Legal Remedies for Tampering

Attempts to interfere with or disrupt lawful Promotional Play operations may violate applicable law. The Sponsor may pursue any remedies available under law, including claims for damages and equitable relief, against any person responsible for such conduct, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11.4 Waiver of Provisions

A failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision and does not limit the Sponsor's ability to enforce the provision later. No oral or written statement by any Sponsor employee or agent will constitute a waiver of any provision of these Rules or the Sponsor's Terms of Service.

11.5 Acceptance of Modified Rules

If the Sponsor modifies the Services and/or these Rules, notice will be provided via in-platform notifications or by other means. Continued enrollment in, access to, or participation in the Services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Apple Platform Disclaimer

The Services are not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, or participant in, the Services and is not responsible for any aspect of the Services, including (without limitation) entry into or participation in Promotional Play, prize awards, prize fulfillment, or technical issues relating to the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree to release Apple Inc. and hold Apple Inc. harmless from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to the Services.
