Sweepstakes Coins can be used to participate in Promotional Play games, giving you the chance to earn additional Sweepstakes Coins that can be redeemed for real-world rewards. These Official Sweepstakes Rules must be read alongside our general Terms of Use.

Sponsor Details
The organizer of this sweepstakes is Kernel Games Inc. ("Sponsor"). All decisions made by the Sponsor regarding the sweepstakes' operation, entry acceptance, and the selection, type, and value of prizes are final and binding on all participants. Each individual game spin qualifies as a distinct sweepstakes occurrence ("Sweepstakes Period"), starting when the spin begins and ending when the spin concludes.

Eligibility Requirements
Definitions:
a) "Qualified Participant" refers to a legal resident of the Approved Territories.
b) "[Approved Territories]" includes:
The United States, excluding the states of California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington.

This sweepstakes is open exclusively to Qualified Participants who are at least twenty-one (21) years old, or have reached the age of majority in their place of residence (whichever is higher) at the time of entry. [PARTICIPATION IS PROHIBITED WHERE IT CONFLICTS WITH APPLICABLE LAW.]

The sweepstakes is governed by all relevant federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to confirm that entering the sweepstakes is legal in their jurisdiction.

By participating, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.
Winning a prize is dependent on meeting all the requirements outlined in these terms.

Employees, officers, and directors of Kernel Games Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in designing, producing, executing, or distributing this sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. This ineligibility also extends to their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (individuals who share the same residence for at least three months per year).

Obtaining Sweepstakes Coins
To participate in the sweepstakes and receive Sweepstakes Coins, users must create a free account.
Qualified Participants can acquire Sweepstakes Coins through the following methods:
a. Daily Login Reward: Qualified Participants may claim Sweepstakes Coins each day by:
   Logging into their account.
   Clicking the "CLAIM COINS" button located at the top of the platform page.
   Selecting the "Daily Reward" button within the "Claim Coins" window.
   Clicking "Collect" if eligible.
Participants may claim only one Daily Login Reward every 24 hours.
b. Mobile Number Confirmation: During account registration, participants can verify their mobile phone number to receive Sweepstakes Coins. The quantity of coins awarded is determined solely by the Sponsor.
c. Completing In-App Challenges: Qualified Participants can earn Sweepstakes Coins by finishing assigned daily tasks within the platform (e.g., consecutive logins, bonus quests). The reward amount varies per task and is displayed within the app.
d. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): There are two ways to obtain free Sweepstakes Coins via AMOE:
   Postal Request:
   Handwrite your return address and the phrase "Sweepstakes Entry Request" on an envelope.
   Enclose a 4" x 6" blank, unlined white card with the following handwritten, legible information:
      One unique Postal Request Code (available in your account).
      Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID).
      The email address linked to your account.
      Your residential address associated with your account.
      The following statement: "I wish to receive Sweepstakes Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions. By submitting this request, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and Official Sweepstakes Rules."
   Mail the envelope to: [1144 15th Street, Denver, CO 80202 ].
   Each valid postal request will result in 0.2 Sweepstakes Coins being credited to the participant's account.
   Online AMOE Form: Participants can request access to an online AMOE application form by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Once approved, Sweepstakes Coins will be credited in accordance with the provided instructions.
e. Sweepstakes Coins may also be obtained by clicking on or installing specified applications.

The use of bots, automated software, fake identities, or third-party entry services is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification. Only players who have successfully completed our verification process are eligible to receive free sweepstakes coins.

Sweepstakes Coins must be requested by the account holder only. Entries submitted by third parties or through non-compliant methods (including automated devices) are invalid. The Sponsor's decision regarding the validity of entries is final.
The Sponsor is not liable for lost, incomplete, invalid, unreadable, or misdirected requests for Sweepstakes Coins.
Users can utilize Sweepstakes Coins to play games for a chance to win more Sweepstakes Coins. Coins won through gameplay may be eligible for prize redemption, subject to the applicable redemption rules.
The trading, transferring, or selling of Sweepstakes Coins or accounts is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in account restrictions or the removal of items.

The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the odds or Return to Player (RTP) percentage of any sweepstakes game at its sole discretion, provided that such adjustments are not made during an active game spin. Current and historical odds/RTP details are displayed on each game's interface. It is your responsibility to review these odds before playing. The probability of winning is independent of your previous play history, duration of play, or engagement level. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and varies by game.

Winner Verification Process
POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR. THE SPONSOR'S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. A DISPLAYED WIN NOTIFICATION ON-SCREEN DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION. VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS IS MANDATORY BEFORE A PRIZE IS AWARDED. SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER FORMS OF EVIDENCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN PLACE OF THE SPONSOR'S VALIDATION PROCESS.
Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements outlined in these terms.

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legally permitted) a Publicity Release within a specified timeframe.

Failure to respond to notifications, return required documents on time, comply with these terms, or correctly answer the skill-testing question (if applicable) will result in the forfeiture of the prize.

If a potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize to another eligible participant.

Prizes and Redemption Guidelines
Only "Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins" (coins that have been used in at least one Sweepstakes Game) count toward the minimum requirements for prize redemption.

Cash Prize Redemption:
Users with 50 or more eligible Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins may request a cash prize at a rate of $1 per coin redeemed through the site's redemption process. The Sponsor may charge a reasonable processing fee that does not exceed the estimated cost of processing the payment.

Gift Card Prize Redemption:
Users with 50 or more eligible Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins may request a gift card valued at $1 per coin redeemed. The Sponsor may charge a reasonable processing fee.

Taxes:
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and fees associated with receiving and redeeming prizes.

Sweepstakes Coins are for entertainment purposes only, are non-transferable, non-sellable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as specified in these terms. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Before redeeming any prize:
a. The name on your payment method must match the name on your account.
b. All required identity, age, and verification checks (e.g., source of funds verification) must be completed.
c. For security and anti-money laundering purposes, prizes will only be paid into a bank account held in the winner's name. Joint accounts may require additional verification of all account holders.

Redemption requests are limited to one per 48-hour period and will be processed as soon as reasonably possible.
Cash prize payments may take up to 10 business days to process.
Payments exceeding $2,500 may be subject to extended processing times due to security and bank clearance procedures and may be issued in multiple installments.

Sweepstakes Coins have no cash value. If an account is closed without a qualifying redemption, or if the coin balance is below the minimum redemption threshold, the user forfeits any claim to prizes. Upon the termination of the promotion, all unredeemed Sweepstakes Coins will be forfeited.

If a user initiates a chargeback for any purchase, all pending prizes will be canceled, future prizes may be disallowed, and the account may be suspended or terminated.

Potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor. An on-screen win notification does not serve as confirmation. Official verification must be completed in accordance with the Sponsor's procedures.

Potential winners must comply with all terms outlined herein. They may be required to sign and return documentation as specified in Section 4.3. Failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture.

Jurisdiction-Specific Restrictions:
a. Florida & New York: If the total prize value exceeds $5,000, the sweepstakes must be registered and bonded with the respective state authority; failure to comply will render the promotion void in that state.
b. Rhode Island: If the sweepstakes is promoted through a retail establishment and the prizes exceed $500, it must be registered with the Rhode Island Secretary of State.
c. Puerto Rico: This promotion is subject to strict local regulations. Non-compliance will void the promotion in Puerto Rico.

Participation in the sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these rules.

Entry Conditions and Liability Release
By participating, each user agrees to:
a. Comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final.
b. Release the Released Parties (as defined in these terms) from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation, entry submission, acceptance/use/misuse of a prize, or the exploitation of an entry.
c. Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from the user's participation or the use/misuse of a prize.

Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for:
a) Incorrect or inaccurate entry information.
b) Technical failures of any kind.
c) Unauthorized human interference in the entry process or sweepstakes operation.
d) Technical or human error in the administration of the sweepstakes.
e) Injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or the use/misuse of a prize.

If a participant's Sweepstakes Coins or winning play are lost or corrupted due to an error, the participant's sole remedy is the replacement of an equivalent amount of Sweepstakes Coins by the Sponsor.

General Provisions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes or these terms if circumstances beyond its control arise, or in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, violating these terms, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may violate applicable laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
If the sweepstakes is modified, continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
