IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS RESPONSIBLE GAMING POLICY MUST BE READ TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE, THE SWEEPSTAKES RULES, THE PRIVACY POLICY, AND THE GAME STATEMENT (COLLECTIVELY, THE "INCORPORATED POLICIES"). BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES (AS DEFINED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY AND THE INCORPORATED POLICIES.
Kernel Games Inc. (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") is dedicated to encouraging responsible play and providing a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for all participants (also referred to as "you" or "your"). Responsible gaming means keeping gameplay as entertainment and ensuring it does not adversely impact other parts of your life.
Although the Services and Promotional Play are not gambling, the Company acknowledges that certain interactive or reward-based features may lead some participants to develop patterns that resemble problematic or compulsive play. Therefore, as a condition of accessing or using the Services, each participant must read, understand, and comply with this Responsible Gaming Policy (this "Policy").
This Policy is designed to support safe, balanced, and informed participation, including by encouraging reasonable limits, breaks, and self-exclusion tools where available. If you believe that your use of the Services is affecting your wellbeing or daily life in a negative way, you should stop using the product and seek appropriate assistance.
Responsible Play Guidelines
To promote responsible gaming, we encourage all participants to follow these guidelines:
• Treat gaming as
entertainment and participate responsibly.
• Keep control over the amount of time you spend
playing and any transactions involving in-game Sweepstakes Coins.
• Do not use gaming to avoid or
escape real-life problems or personal challenges.
• Maintain a healthy balance between gaming and
other real-world activities, duties, and commitments.
• Do not allow gaming to disrupt work,
family responsibilities, or other important obligations.
• Avoid playing while under the
influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
• Stop playing if you feel uncomfortable or believe
you are losing control of your gaming behavior.
Staying in control of gameplay behavior helps keep gaming a healthy and enjoyable activity.
Identifying Signs of Problematic Gaming Behavior
Participants are encouraged to stay mindful of behavior patterns that may suggest problematic gaming habits, including:
• Difficulty managing
gaming behavior, such as how often you play, how intensely you play, or how long you play in a
session;
• Gaming slowly becoming more important than other interests, responsibilities, or
everyday activities;
• Continuing to play, or increasing play, even after negative consequences
occur.
It is important to note that a clinical diagnosis of gaming disorder generally requires a pattern severe enough to cause significant impairment in personal, family, social, educational, occupational, or other key areas of functioning. In many cases, such patterns must continue for at least twelve (12) months before a formal diagnosis may be considered.
Player Self-Control Tools
To assist with responsible play, we provide tools that help participants manage gaming activity, including the ability to set personal daily spending limits related to Sweepstakes Coins.
You may also contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request additional responsible gaming measures, which may include:
• Temporary account
suspension;
• Self-exclusion for a defined period;
• Permanent account closure.
During any self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or participate in gameplay. These tools are intended to support self-management and encourage responsible use of the Services.

Understanding Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a voluntary option that allows you to request that your access to the Services be restricted. When you submit a self-exclusion request, you are asking us to limit your ability to access or use our Services.
Process of Self-Exclusion
You may voluntarily request self-exclusion at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. To process your request, you must provide your full name, residential address, and registered email address so we can verify your identity and restrict access to your account. After your request is verified, your account will be blocked from accessing the Services for a minimum self-exclusion period of three (3) months. During this minimum period, the account will not be reopened under any circumstances. After the minimum self-exclusion period ends, you may email a written request if you want to reactivate your account. Any request to reinstate a self-excluded account will be subject to a seven (7) day cooling-off period beginning on the date we receive your request.
After we confirm your identity and verify your request, we will take reasonable steps to restrict access to your account and to prevent further participation. While we will implement appropriate safeguards to support self-exclusion, no system can be guaranteed to be effective in every possible situation. Accordingly, we also rely on your cooperation and continued commitment to comply with self-exclusion requirements.
During a self-exclusion period, your access to the account and the Services will be restricted. This includes suspension of daily logins, login rewards, and other related account activities. After receiving your self-exclusion request, we will review and process it within a reasonable period once identity verification and the submitted details are confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been completed. We strongly encourage you to log out immediately after sending your request and to avoid accessing our Services and related social media channels until the self-exclusion process has been completed.
During any self-exclusion period, you may not access the Services or create a new account. Any attempt to bypass self-exclusion may result in permanent suspension. We reserve the right to block or terminate duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
Please be aware that if you continue using your account after submitting a self-exclusion request but before it has been fully processed, you remain responsible for all activity occurring during that time, including any transactions completed through the Services.
Detection of Problematic Behavior and Account Suspension
We routinely monitor and evaluate participant activity within the Services. If we identify unusual, inappropriate, or other conduct that violates this Policy or any Incorporated Policies, we may take immediate action—without requiring a self-exclusion request from you—to restrict access to your account. Such actions may include disabling or suspending daily logins, login rewards, and other related account functions or features. We may also continue monitoring in-platform behavior and account activity to help detect and reduce problematic conduct within our Services.
Account Closure and Refund Policy
Requests for account deletion will be handled as account closure requests. We may retain certain data where required by applicable law, including (without limitation) obligations relating to anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Permanent self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances. If you request account closure under this Policy, or if we determine that closing your account is necessary under this Policy or applicable law, we reserve the right to permanently delete your account.
If your account is closed—whether at your request or by the Company under this Policy, the Incorporated Policies, or applicable law—any remaining balances will be treated as follows:
• (a) Sweepstakes Coins:
We recommend redeeming any redeemable balance in your account before initiating self-exclusion. Upon
account closure, any remaining lawfully obtained Sweepstakes Coins—whether eligible for redemption
or not—will be deemed forfeited. The Company also reserves the right to withhold or deduct
Sweepstakes Coins in situations involving fraud, abuse, or violations of this Policy and the
Incorporated Policies.
• (b) Gold Coins and Non-Redeemable Virtual Items: Gold Coins and any
other non-redeemable virtual items have no monetary value and will be forfeited upon account
closure.
• (c) Fraud and Misconduct: If fraud, misuse, or a breach of this Policy or the
Incorporated Policies is suspected, the Company may suspend or terminate the account and may void,
withhold, or deduct balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Except as specifically stated above, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to decide how any remaining balances, virtual currency, credits, or other items of value associated with your account will be handled upon suspension, closure, or termination. This may include, without limitation, retention, forfeiture, conversion, or other disposition of such balances or items, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Self-Limitation
We understand that some participants may want to set personal limits on gameplay. To support responsible use of the Services, we offer tools that allow users to establish spending limits, including daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
You may request that such limits be applied by contacting customer support at [email protected]. After receiving your request, we will make reasonable efforts to implement the requested limits as quickly as reasonably possible.
Until the requested limits are successfully applied, you remain responsible for ensuring your use of the Services does not exceed the limits you intend to set. You may request changes to, or removal of, your limits at any time by contacting us.
